消防員熱應激機理分析及監控對策

摘要:熱應激是消防員面臨的主要職業風險之一,由此引發的中暑、熱射病等傷亡事故時有報道。本文通過對國內外相關研究調研簡要介紹了消防員熱應激的成因與危害,并結合相關研究成果對消防員熱應激的防控提出了一些對策及建議,為保障消防員在熱應激狀態下的安全與健康提供理論依據和方法指導。

Mechanism analysis, monitoring and control countermeasures of firemen's heat stress
Abstract: Heat stress is one of the main occupational risks faced by firefighters. Casualties such as heatstroke and heat radiation disease are often reported. Through the relevant research at home and abroad, this paper briefly introduces the causes and hazards of firefighter heat stress, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the prevention and control of firefighter heat stress combined with relevant research results, and provide theory and method for ensuring the safety and health of firefighters under heat stress.

熱應激是消防員面臨的主要職業風險之一,易引發不同程度的熱損傷,如熱痙攣、熱衰竭、熱射病等,勢必影響消防員的救援能力和身體健康。
